FLORAL STYLIST

About Us:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Stylist to join our team. As a Floral Stylist, you will be responsible for executing stunning floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Your expertise in floral design and eye for detail will ensure that every event we create is truly spectacular.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create floral arrangements that align with the vision and event theme.

  • ⁠Collaborate with our head designer to ensure that what is being created, aligns with the event brief.

  • ⁠Install and arrange florals on-site for events, ensuring all designs are executed flawlessly.

  • ⁠Maintain floral inventory, including sorting and managing stock.

  • Stay up-to-date with floral design trends and techniques.

 

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience as a Floral Stylist or Floral Designer, training will be provided.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse floral designs.

  • Excellent understanding of floral design principles and techniques.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy floral arrangements and materials.

RECEPTIONIST

Our team is dedicated to excellence in every detail, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Floral Stylist Intern to join us and gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Position Overview:
The Floral Stylist Intern will work closely with our experienced Floral Stylists and Event Designers to assist in creating and executing beautiful floral designs for a variety of events. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn the intricacies of floral design, event styling, and the behind-the-scenes work that goes into producing extraordinary events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and creation of floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces.

  • Help with the selection and preparation of flowers and materials for each event.

  • Support the Floral Stylist with on-site installation and setup of floral designs.

  • Assist in maintaining floral inventory, including receiving and organizing flowers.

  • Learn and apply various floral design techniques under the guidance of senior stylists.

  • Participate in client meetings to understand design concepts and themes.

  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

  • Collaborate with the Event Crew and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.

 

Qualifications:

  • Passion for floral design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and color.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying floral arrangements.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with the team.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.

  • Previous experience in floral design or event setup is a plus, but not required.

EVENT STAFF

Let Life Sparkle Events is an industry-leading event design and planning company known for delivering extraordinary experiences. Our Event Crew plays a vital role in bringing our creative visions to life, ensuring that every event is executed with precision and excellence.

 

Position Overview:

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Event Crew members to assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. As part of the Event Crew, you will work closely with our team of designers and planner to ensure that every event runs smoothly and meets our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including the installation of décor, and floral arrangements.

  • Transport event materials, including furniture, flowers, and equipment, to and from event locations.

  • Ensure that all event spaces are prepared according to the client's specifications and our company's standards.

  • Provide on-site support during events, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and at the warehouse.

  • Collaborate with the Floral Stylist and other team members to ensure cohesive event execution.

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in event setup, production, or related roles is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy items.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.*

As an Event Stylist and Coordinator, you will play a dual role in both the creative design and logistical coordination of events. You will work closely with clients to develop and execute unique event concepts, while also managing the details that ensure each event runs smoothly. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and organizational prowess.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Styling:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, theme, and preferences.

    • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and styling proposals.

    • Source and select décor items, furniture, linens, lighting, and other elements that bring the design to life.

    • Oversee the setup and styling of event spaces, ensuring all details align with the design plan.

    • Coordinate with floral designers, lighting technicians, and other vendors to ensure cohesive execution.

  • Coordination:

    • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure all elements come together seamlessly.

    • Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to confirm details and troubleshoot any issues.

    • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

    • Provide on-site support during events, including directing staff and addressing any last-minute changes or challenges.

    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event styling, coordination, or a related role.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and diverse event designs.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.

  • Ability to lift and move event materials as needed.
